It IS a well-known fact that a large percentage of us don’t get
enough sleep, and that we generally think and perform better when
we are well-rested.

In fact, some of the most brilliant people that I’ve known often
took power naps. I even had two high-ranking bosses in the
military who slept for 30 minutes or so during their lunch
breaks!

As I currently embark on the 100 Day Challenge, I’ll accomplish
some INSANE feats by changing habits, which will include making
sleep a priority, and hydrating more!

Gary Ryan Blair, who created the 100 Day Challenge, said the he
can teach/push us to “Accomplish more in 100 DAY than most people
will accomplish in 10 YEAR!”

So, I did an interview with him, and then took him up on the
challenge.
