When you’re at parties, family gatherings, social events, talk to
people.
When meeting new people ask them what they do. Are they a
business owner? Who do they work for?
Ask your friends and families do you know any business owners?
Tell them you work with a company that is helping businesses get
Hundreds of Thousands of dollars in refunds, and you want to help
their business get the funds they are due.
You should be talking to everyone.
Guaranteed if you talk to people over the next couple of weeks
you can bring in at least one business and probably more.
Make an offer to your friends, family and new aquatints… if
they can provide their business owner name or person in charge of
their company. If they sign up with through you for ERC… you
can provide them a $100 Gift Card to a store or restaurant of
their choice. A win / win / win situation for everyone / a win
for the business, a win for your friend / and a win for you.
Everyone wins.
Retail stores may be busy now but other businesses are hitting
their slow time. Service businesses insurance companies, mortgage
companies and others seem to be slow between Thanksgiving and New
Year so this is a great time and opportunity to talk to them.
Don’t forget you’re not only looking for businesses. That
annoying cousin of yours might be the right person that works
with businesses and could be the best Broker you could hope for.
That person could end up making you tens or hundreds of thousands
of dollars. You never know who people know, or what they could
do for you unless you talk to them.
You can set yourself up to be a fantastic 2023 but being silent
wont get you there in the ERC business.

NOTE: This tip can actually be applied to ANY business that you
have. For example, Ive been an affiliate for Send Out Cards since
2004. For much of that time, I didn’t tell others about it.
However, when I did get around to mentioning it to some friends,

If you are not already a Broker for the Employee Retention Credit
(ERC) program, where you just tell U.S. businesses that they
probably qualify for up to $26,000 in payroll tax rebates for
EVERY W2 employees that they had in 2020-2021.
When a business applies for the rebates, you earn a 2% referral
commission. The “average” business ends up recovering around
$300,000 and you as the referring Broker would earn a $6000
commission.
However, a business can collect on up to a maximum of 500
employees, and IF you “Hit The Jackpot” and found a company the
ended up collecting the maximum on 500 employees, they would
collect $13 million… and you 2% commission would be $260,000.
That would be a NICE paycheck for just telling someone about the
free money that they may be entitled to!
I did say that if you hit the jackpot, but realistically, you are
unlikely to find a business where conditions are that perfect.
The company that I work with does a free analysis for the
business, and then files for them.
