Please Don’t Be A 30K Millionaire!

What’s a “30K Millionaire?”

It’s an individual who makes $30,000/year but acts like they make
millions.

They drive BMW’s while still living at home with their parents.

They invite you to fancy clubs or restaurants, and then hope that
someone in the group offers to pick-up the tab 🙂

They’re constantly borrowing to live beyond their means which
insures they’ll never actually achieve any true wealth.

Over-spending in order to appear to “Keep Up With The Joneses” is
a losing proposition!

If you actually study/watch rich people you’ll notice that MOST
don’t flaunt their wealth and often live WELL below their means.

They understand, “Money talks, but wealth whispers.”

People who are truly wealthy don’t need to show off their
riches; their wealth speaks for itself through quiet confidence,
choices, and lifestyle rather than outward displays of
extravagance.

YES, one of my pet peeves is people, living paycheck to paycheck,
who often try too hard to impress others, decked out in designer
fashions (often fakes).

They HAVE helped to make Bernard Arnault, who is the chairman and
CEO of LVMH one of the richest people in the world, with a net
worth that regularly places him at or near the top of the global
billionaire rankings 🙂

Arnault’s wealth comes from his majority stake in LVMH, which
owns not only Louis Vuitton but also other iconic luxury brands
like Christian Dior, Fendi, and Moët & Chandon.

OK, I’ll take my meds, get back in my Bentley, and shut up…
